Jerri Budgets

Real-life money lessons, budgeting & saving — and a little bit of everything else. ❤️

I didn't figure money out the easy way.

At 24, my husband and I filed for bankruptcy after our car was repossessed and our house was foreclosed.

A few years later, we found ourselves with more than $100,000 in debt — and one question kept bothering us:

“Where did all of our money go?”

That question led me to budgeting.

We eventually paid off more than $100,000 in debt in just three years, and along the way I learned that budgeting isn't about restricting your life.

It's about being in control of your money so you can use it for the things that matter to you.

Now I'm sharing what I've learned — the good, the bad, and the lessons I wish I'd learned sooner.

My Beginner's Guide to Budgeting

This is the 125-page guide I originally created and sold to help people learn how to budget.

I've decided to give it away completely free because I want anyone who needs it to be able to use it.
